'very nice clean room'

'The hotel is very nice, the check-in lady was very kind and the location near Cades Cove is perfect. BUT the pool isn't functioning. If we'd have known that (I unfortunately read the review from 3 june too late) we wouldn't have booked here. As I understand that the swimming pool has been out of order for a longer time know I think it's unacceptable to have this mentioned as a feature including pictures. But the room was nice so three stars for this review, but if you want a swimming pool then...

It gave all of us a chance to just take in the beauty and just relax. We didn’t need any of the activities that were available, we all just sat and enjoyed the downtime…. We loved it .'
