'We came for the RSM Classic and pretty much just needed a place to sleep and shower. This was perfect for us. It is kind of small but we knew that and were fine with it. There were plenty of towels and other amenities. It was very clean and the hosts were so incredibly nice. The only downside was the skylight let in the sun pretty early but the hosts had eye masks there just in case. There are a ton of other details like that that were nice such as motion sensor lights for the outside...

'We had an excellent weekend stay at this condo! Everything was exactly as listed and communication was great. You couldn’t ask for a more perfect view (and we’ve stayed at several at King and Prince). The covered personal parking space and ease of getting to the condo was great. The condo itself had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Also, you can use all of the amenities at the hotel. If ever booking again for St Simons, I will definitely look for this availability first!'

'We had a lovely stay at this condo. The location is excellent- close to downtown and restaurants, yet only about 6 minutes from Walmart, which was very convenient. The complex is well maintained, clean, and quiet.We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the ducks in the pond and listening to the fountain. The condo itself was clean, well kept, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for great nights of sleep.'
