'The heat wouldn’t stay set. Everyday we had to set it then come in and reset . Light switches wouldn’t work right. Back shower water never got hot . Electrical plug in first bedroom needs to be fastened into wall, near dresser. Back bedroom you couldn’t open the closet. Door wouldn’t slide on carpet. A ice maker would be nice. Location is great . '

'This place had a good view of the mountain and was far enough off of the man strip to feel private yet also not far at all. The fireplace was as expected and I was so happy to have the elevator working since this place was on the fifth floor. That being said, the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. 'We had a great time staying here for the 2026 Spring Rod Run! It was perfect for our needs and extremely convenient. It is central location to shopping, restaurants, and the Leconte Center. We had a car inside at the car show, and it was a very short walk to it! Thank you for letting us stay and enjoy this beautiful place!'
