I was on the ninth floor! When we got to the third floor the stairs were blocked and no instructions as to how to proceed, so we had to reenter the floor and use another exit. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. 'Excellent excellency n more excellent'

'Nice balcony that's shared which you can't see in pics. Bed is firm but comfortable. Room is really small but just right if you using it to sleep in for 2 people. It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door.'

'Perfect anniversary getaway!'
