'We have been looking for a place that we love for awhile now. Our kiddo is at Trinity so we visit often. We finally found it. Great staff, very kind and accommodating. The room is gorgeous. We like to have a suite. The room is well decorated, comfy couch and nice bar area. Great bed and bedding. Very quiet. Restaurant was great we went both nights. We will def be back. Loved it. '

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'I am a local resident and stayed one night here for a Staycation with my girlfriend. The view from the 17th floor was amazing! I even ran into a former co-worker who was moonlighting as the evening entertainment at the hotel lobby. The room was clean and the King Bed was great! '

'In walking distance to the Alamo and riverwalk. Walking distance to the mall. Well lit, felt safe, and so nice to be able to walk to everything we needed.'

'This property is on the River Walk, but in a quiet residential type of neighborhood. I like the location because the main business district is only a few minutes walk from the hotel along the river. So close enough to enjoy the fun of historic San Antonio, but far enough to have easy parking at the hotel and quiet and safe at night. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. I would stay here again.'

'Nice hotel at the right location of San Antonio. Just a few minutes from the river walk and a few steps from the Alamo. Nice and clean rooms. Breakfast is good if you want breakfast burritos. The bar (all say happy hour) was a bit boring. Staff was friendly. The valet was pretty expensive, but that's the same at all hotels.'
