'Tres bonne Premiere expérience Troglodyte; Venus en automne en famille pour quelques jours. Julie et Gregory Sont très chaleureux, le logement est très propre et joliment décoré, le jardin est superbe et la vue magnifique (orienté ouest, surplombant la Loire). Côté équipement, lits confortables, cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle et douche parfaite. A refaire'

'Le wifi mentioné n'existe pas (on ne l'a trouvé nulpart, tandis que des autres étaient visible sur nos i-phones).On a trouvé par hasard une poubelle REMPLIE dans une armoire (en cherchant des sacs pour la poubelle).Seulement le dernier jour on a reçu l'info comment on devait separer les poubelles (recyclage).Tant des lampes cassées (toilette en bas et salle de bain).Mais la maison est un rêve.'

'This is a comfortable, well-located gite on a quiet street, close to the Chateau Villandry. It had everything we needed for cooking. The bathroom is perfectly clean with a good shower and a washer, and a heated rack for drying a few items of clothing. The bedroom is up a flight of stairs and the beds were super comfortable. The owner Marie is friendly and welcoming. We hated to leave and would love to go back. '

'Die Ferienwohnung in Saint Avertin, am Rande von Tours, ist ideal für eine Reise im Tal der Loire. Schnell ist man in Tours, aber ebenso gut kommt man in die Umgebung zu den bekannten Schlössern. Für alltäglich Einkäufe (Bäckerei, kleiner Supermarkt etc.) ist alles in der Nähe (10 Min. Fußweg). Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut ausgestattet (es fehlt an nichts) und es bietet viel Platz, einen schönen Wintergarten und einen großen Garten.
