« Disappointing stay. The facilities were poor for the price (e.g., a cheap plastic kettle), and not all necessary utensils were provided; the ones available were worn out. The kitchen and bathroom drains were constantly clogged, and the toilet flush did not work properly. The internet was extremely weak and unreliable. « We had the most amazing stay! Simon was excellent with communication and availability. The property was a dream- beautiful, quiet, a true gem. We drive 5 minutes for groceries and delicious pizza. Nothing beat relaxing by the pool after a day walking around Florence. And bonus, we got our laundry done too! »
