Extremely rude Gentleman on check out today. Named Abdel. Abdel should be trained up in the correct attitude towards guests, for example, he could ask how a persons stay was, and perhaps not hang up so abruptly upon denying a late checkout. The hotels not full and I’d have booked further days without that checkout experience if they could have organized a proper double bed for us. Single beds only it seems?? Also, a policy of talking to younger clients like a teacher would do, I am 45, the hotel was I’d estimate at a third occupancy of mainly Dutch retirees. We were told that the hotel does not allow ppl use the facilities after check out. The Lady made an exception for us it seems as the pool wasn’t busy. Excuse me for expecting the use of facilities on check out day. Speaking of checkout it was our delay in checking out that ruffled the feathers of Mr Abdel. I make no apologies for being tardy to checkout when you arrive the night before at 9pm.
