The apartment is located on the 14th floor, accessible by elevator, and its terrace is the ideal place from where to enjoy stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea in the background. A large shared chlorine pool, measuring 11.48 x 11.48 meters, and with depths ranging from 1.20 to 2.00 meters, invites you to cool off on warm summer days. Additionally, there is a children's pool ideal for the little ones, and a refreshing outdoor shower. Upon entering the apartment, you will be surprised by its brightness and comfort. The living room, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, is the perfect place to relax after a day of activities. The open kitchen has a ceramic hob and basic equipment for your stay. In the house, there is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. To rest, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and access to the terrace, and another with a trundle bed and access to the same terrace.
