'Super walkable to everywhere we wanted to go: Rogers Center, CN Tower, waterfront. The view was not water facing, but still pleasant to sit out on the balcony. AC worked just fine, the beds were VERY firm. Plenty of clean bedding and towels. Little kitchen was great and fully functional. The parking and getting into the building was really stressful, but follow the directions from the email he sends you the day before and day of and you’ll get it. 'What made our stay so great was the owner's responsiveness. The apartment was lacking in a few things, for example dish towels. But once I let Andrea know, she sent some new towels right away. The apartment is comfortable and fairly clean. Apartment shows some wear and tear (e.g hood fan not working, sliding door to the bedroom not working) but overall it was good enough. Again, I've let Andrea know and she is very responsive and receptive to feedback. For that, I give 5 stars! Just a note on...

'This lovely spot is right in the middle of great food and a walk away from many sights. It was a perfect getaway for a few days to take in toronto. The owner was reschable if needed and prompt to respond. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting something affordable and in the center of it all. '

'Honestly I was a little disappointed about the cleanliness of house. The carpets upstairs were stained and the house was properly swept. One of the chairs at the counter were broken as soon as I checked in and did a walk through and that was dangerous because it could’ve had one of my guests injured. I honestly wish I was warned about the chair before hand. The house is pretty spacious, rooms included. The area is very quiet which i personally enjoy.
