'My husband and I stayed here together with two other couples as we were visiting Elora (about 20 minutes away) for an autumn weekend. We had a wonderful night's sleep in the Rose Room thanks to the quiet surroundings and soft bedding. The gas fireplace added a cozy touch. Our breakfast sandwich and yogurt with strawberries was the perfect amount to get us back on the road. Excellent French press coffee too! And...we loved playing with Chester the dog too!'

'I hesitated to write a review b/c there are a number of criticisms but then I noticed that this host doesn’t have any reviews yet so maybe these can be constructive. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed: very good, cold fridge;very good shower with hand held option; shelves plus hooks in the washroom, so there was someplace to put our toiletries, drinking water & two glasses on one side of the bed.No coffee maker or kettle; no means by which to wash the dishes that were provided...

'Not well kept, cats left overs were in the apartment. No television in the apartment'
