'We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was beautiful. Everything was clean and tidy. The views from the porch were gorgeous especially early in the morning. The location is very close to town and water access is not far either. They provided supplies for the stay like pots pans, dishwasher tabs, dish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, toilet paper etc. Which is nice to not have to run out and grab those things. 'Our host was very friendly and was kind to check on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen seemed to be adequately furnished. We spent most of our time helping our grandson move in the university for his final year. We really appreciate the fact that the cabin was pet friendly so we could bring our 10 lb Maltese rescue with us. We had a really great stay and would stay there again. I would definitely recommend it to other visitors to the area.'

'We can't say enough about staying at Gaylene's house. It's our second time back we love it so much. The kitchen is so well stocked which makes preparing big family meals a breeze. With labels on things, cleaning up the kitchen is hassle free. We enjoyed the lower deck this year on the egg swings during a rain storm. As usual, we enjoyed the boat, dock, kayaks, paddle board and hot tub. Thank you Gaylene for sharing your lovely house with us!'

'Our family had an amazing time at this house. The host was very responsive and accommodating. The view of the lake is amazing at sunset and the easy access to it made daily water activities a must. Definitely make use of those kayaks! The home was well cared for and very cozy. We found that we needed to grab things like hand soap and TP at the grocery store, but that was no biggie. Would absolutely stay here again. '

'This Smoky Mountain Cabin was absolutely beautiful and very well maintained on the inside and out. The location of this cabin was in great proximity to the Smoky Mtn National Park in Deep Creek and also to the Smoky Mtn National Park at the Cherokee entrance. We would highly recommend this VRBO Cabin to anyone considering a stay in Bryson City to see the Smoky Mountains.'

'It's in a rural spot off the highway but great location for what we wanted. We visited Franklin gem mines, Cherokee, and Bryson City all within a short drive. The house was clean minus a few dust bunnies. It definitely has some wear and tear but for the cost and location I have no complaints. My only negative which I'm not sure if the home owner can even control is that the tap water smelled horrible. Bring your own drinking water. '
