'Terrible the host double booked the house. and over two weeks failed to notice. Day of arrival we were from out of town and she kicks us out because its double booked and no form of contact.'

'Could not be happier. 3 week stay. Needed a break from new home construction. Townhouse was spotless and I left it that way. For years I have stayed at the north end of topsail island between personal house constructions. Hobby since retirement from Duke. This was the nicest and cleanest rental. Very nicely decorated and as the ad said kitchen was stocked. Used the crock pot three times. Typically have always used local realtor but thought I’d try VRBO. Communication with host was excellent....

'As described and much more. A/C on 2nd floor not working but fans were provided but didn’t need to use. Room fans were enough. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the Tip Sea Turtle property in Surf City. The reverse layout of the house is great. Kitchen is well stocked. We had a few minor issues. Contacted Brittany and she was very prompt at communicating and taking care of them! It is great to work with someone who really cares about your stay! Thank you Brittany!!'

'Look no further! Our stay was wondrrful, exceeding our expectations. Everything was clean, styled so nicely, and the bed was so comfy! The view was incredible! The beach from the back and the bay from the front. The sunset and sunrise was so stunning! Even with it being in a colder month while visiting we enjoyed walking the beach and saw dolphins within the hour we arrived, so nice! Our hosts even left little unexpected touches..k cups for coffee in the morning, binoculars for dolphin watching....
