The elevators were not working (or not working consistently) which would have been a no go had we known, as this is a 3rd floor apt. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced, just looking at the couch you could see that it was barely usable, cushions depleted, entire seating area sunken. We came in and it was very clean, smelled great and the host made sure that we had parking permits and gate card right on the table easy to find. Communications were prompt and they did their best to get us into an early check in as requested. 10/10 would recommend and plan on coming back!'
