'We have stayed in this complex for a number of years in different condos and barefoot luxury properties who manages it, is always helpful and available. The 2 bedroom unit was clean, well stocked and comfortable for our stay. It close to the beach and restaurants.'

'Great place and location. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The unit is brand new, spacious and is a short walk to Cerritos beach. The only reason for a 4 rather than a 5 was because there was construction noise and activity for the majority of time during our stay and it would have been helpful to have a heads up about this before we learned about when we arrived. Also, the unit would benefit with some more supplies like more plates, BBQ utensils, more towels, etc. (but...

'Arrived to NO hot water, dirty,stained sheets, TV not functioning due to remote issues. The pool water was FREEZING so it was empty all day long. Overall the condo is not worth the price.'
