'We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. It was a great location (an easy 15 minute walk to the zocalo). We were greeted by the host on arrival and communication throughout the stay was easy. The house itself is clean and stunningly decorated with local handicrafts. The kitchen was fully equipped and we enjoyed leisurely mornings drinking our coffee around the large kitchen table. The house is even more lovely in real life than in pictures and listing was accurate, but one thing to be aware...

"I paid for a room with 2 double beds, but received a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. When I told this to the reception they first did not want to help me at all, only after a discussion they told me they would change the room the next day. I did not receive any refund or apology for getting a 3 person room while paying for a 4 person room. Furthermore, the view from the windows of the room was a wall.. No sunlight entered the room. Very very bad customer service. Some staff were very friendly, but a few receptionists ruined it with their bad attitude."
