'As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

'Our stay was lovely. Dan and Wei were great and the establishment was ideal to walk into town. Our room had everything that was required and Dan did mention that the next time we go, which we will, to book a bigger room. Lounge, bar and dining area very spacious. Breakfast was again excellent with huge choice....put us up for the day !! Car park right next door which was roomy and secure. Outside you could also sit on the patio - plenty of seats. Everything kept clean. All staff polite....

'I didn't have a beach view from my room. But the property is just across the street from the beach. The amenities are basic but the staff are excellent. Will highly recommend for the staff are friendly!'

'We have stayed here many times. We love this hotel. Close to the pier and town. Lovely surroundings. Lobby clean and tidy, smart in appearance. Fantastic quiet room, located in the back of the hotel (as requested). Very peaceful and comfortable. The staff as always extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast fresh and tasty. I would of preferred a bit of fresh fruit for an option but overall very happy with it. My husband couldn't finish all the breakfast (which doesn't happen often :) )...

'Room (junior double) was ok if a bit rough around the edges, and could do with a refresh though we had a lovely sea view. Good job we are on the smaller side as the bathroom was a bit of a squeeze. Didn't use any facilities of the hotel apart from the breakfast room, and have to say what a good breakfast it was - we didn't need to eat again until the evening! Hotel is well placed for Llandudno Town, pier and the Great Orme. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and we would consider staying here...

'Room looks like hasn't had a thorough clean in years. Dirty socks and tissues found under the bed, white stains on the purple bed throws and cushions, stains on the headboards, dressing table battered and wardrobe door doesn't fit properly so doesn't close properly. Stains on the white bedding & big black stains down the doors. Damage to door frame like the doors been kicked in at some point. Window panes cracked. Dirty lampshades. The big lights did not work at all in our room! Shower screen...

'Very friendly hosts, room clean and great food. Accommodation at a very affordable price. Check in time limited ? at this time of year only? A couple of glitches but quickly and efficiently dealt with and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you '
