'The location is excellent, right on the seafront. Parking along the boulevard wasn't a problem for us, it was free. The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, beds were fine and the freshly prepared to order breakfast was very good. The hotel is in dire need of maintenance, though. A lot of stains in the ceiling of our room due to leakage. In the corridor, a bucket to catch the dripping water from the leaking skylight. '

'Generally a decent experience. The hotel was well presented throughout, and the room was clean. The service was slow, as apparently it was busier than normal. A disappointing response to it taking over an hour for 2 pizzas and some drinks. Also had to wait to be seated for breakfast.'
