'Very good hotel with an excellent theme. We had to option to upgrade our room from new moon to half moon, it gave a view on the bay on parts of the city.
Housekeeping was excellent, although we found some dust here and there in corners. Our beds were kept every day though and we received new towels every day. We found that useful, because with the humid and hot weather we showered every day.
Breakfast was nice, but the same every day. Some variety would have been nice. The restaurant staff...

'No elevator goes down to buffet breakfast area
We have to walk down with stairs, it is not convenient for older people. The stairs are all Black in color with no Clear mark of lighter color for each step .
The hotel does has service elevator and goes around to the garbage / kitchen area then goes to Buffet breakfast .but we have to smell the garbage while

We are older, we can’t walk the stairs up And down everyday while we are staying about 10 Days in this beautiful hotel '

The hotel is near the Causeway bay MTR station, close to the ferry to Kowloon island, close to the Ding ding tram and still gives you a private vibe."

"Heel slecht hotel! Personeel is niet aardig. We kwamen van een heel lange vlucht vroeger als de check-in tijd. Ze wouden ons de kamer absoluut niet geven, we waren zo moe dat we in de lobby op de zetels hebben geslapen.
Dit heeft het personeel absoluut niet gestoort! Heel onmenselijke service en hotel. Ik raad dit hotel ten zeerste af.
