'The place is better than the photos depict. About 15 min drive north of Rosarito. Very secure neighborhood. It can be annoying if you need to use an Uber or taxi because you’ll need to walk to one of the entrances but makes it safer. Cute cats hang outside on the back deck. Path down to the water. '

'The stay was absolutely amazing! The home was spacious and clean. Leticia was an amazing host. She greeted us with the keys and provided a tour of the house. She was very accommodating and set us up with a taxi to get to an event we were going to. The access to the beach was easy as well. There was 24 hour security and a few restaurants and a convenient store at the entrance of the community that was very helpful. 'We brought 4 teens down for spring break (our son & 3 friends) and this home was perfect! The patio is huge and the views are beyond stunning. We even saw a SpaceX rocket launch one night! Sea lions frolic in the waves, we saw a gray whale & a seal while paddleboarding offshore, and surfed the waves right off the house. 'Had a great stay in Las Gaviotas at this property. It’s a short walk from the beach area, and super close to the entrance, tennis courts, and pool. The whole area is very easy to navigate to all the amenities. The property had some great retro style touches that I really enjoyed-tile, chairs etc. The on site property manager, Milano, checked in on us Frequently via text to make sure all was good.
