This newly renovated and modern condo is located on the 15th floor of “Las Olas Mar y Sol.” It features 3 bedrooms with large beds, two full bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a 60-inch TV, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a spacious balcony with an impressive 180-degree view of the Pacific Ocean.

The Scenic Highway, in addition to being a panoramic route, is very safe to travel. It is a toll road that runs through Baja California, passing along the shoreline with spectacular views of the ocean. To reach the Las Olas Mar y Sol complex, you'll only pass through one toll booth, which costs about $2 USD or $40 pesos. The complex is located 30 minutes from the U.S. border and is very convenient and close to any exit to Playas de Rosarito.



Getting Around:

Playas de Rosarito does not allow ride-sharing platforms like Uber or Didi. We recommend using your own vehicle, taking a taxi, or contacting your host to arrange a chauffeur service. The security guards at the Las Olas Mar y Sol complex will be happy to recommend and call a trusted taxi for you.
