'Fue buena experiencia'

'Very nice room. Very beautiful view . Very big and clean rooms. Convenient location'

'I checked in Friday night and there was hot water, the rest of my stay there was no hot water. I checked out Monday morning and still no hot water, I had to take a shower most of the time with cold water. Not very pleasant. I reported it to the front desk 3 times and there was no solution to my problem. Room number 320 very noisy in the morning. Other than that, it was OK.'

'The Quartz Hotel is by far the BEST hotel in Tijuana - hands down. I always have a very restful nights sleep and nice time while staying here. The pleasure was mine.'
