« Wasn’t made aware of the construction taking place on almost every floor. A gentleman was handing out champagne to guests as they arrived. My wife and I were not offered any. I imagine it was because we were dressed in artists athleisure wear. Felt a little profiled based on that interaction. »

« Staff was friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn't necessarily dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I enjoyed the amenities, but didn't forget a wire if you need Internet and aren't a Bonvoy member »

« Tough to find parking but overall a lovely place to stay when visiting Knoxville. The bar attached is an amazing place to get a late night snack and drinks and the staff is amazing there. Would definitely stay again! »
