• This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind inside the home—including cigarettes, marijuana, or other substances—will result in a minimum $250 additional cleaning fee.
• Additional occupancy fees apply for more than 6 adults in order to maintain lower pricing for smaller groups. Up to 8 guests may be allowed by special request.
• All pets require prior approval, and an additional pet fee will be charged upon approval.
• The one king bed in the room off the kitchen can be separated into 2 twins.
