'This area is amazing! We missed the spring blooms by a week, maybe. But it was still so pretty. The property was exactly as described. Communication was slow, but I did get responses. The property was clean, but here were dead bugs, and I mean A LOT of dead bugs, on every window seal and on the floor under the windows. Lots of cobwebs too, but it didn't affect the stay. The beds were pretty comfy, there were plenty of towels. The firepit had one load of fire wood and that was it. I'd stay here...

'Great place to stay for the night, located very close to downtown Davis and Blackwater falls! It was cozy and just what we needed. The only thing that could be improved is the water temperature of the shower is very tempermental, as in you have to get it exactly in the right spot or its too hot or too cold. This is minor but something to note. We would definitely stay here again. The hostest was very responsive and I would give her 10 stars if possible. Thanks! '

'Loved it all around 5 star. The people/management are super friendly. It has the master room on main level and the kids area is up the spiral stairs. It’s not big but it’s extremely cozy. I really liked it. Very nice bathroom and they have a washer and dryer you can use as well.'

'The location was ideal! Close to everything we needed and wanted to do while in Thomas. We loved the layout of the tiny home- the shower was great!! We will return- hopefully during the fall.'

'This was definitely an experience very relax and a comfortable atmosphere the kids loved the games and toys that were included. I absolutely enjoyed cooking in a spacious kitchen. I appreciated how Veronica wrote in detail In the welcome booklet what was around the town restaurants, waterfalls, outdoor activities. This was definitely a trip far from home but worth it. 'This was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced. Great fun for the kids and adults alike. Beautiful views from the backyard. Clean and easy to use hot tub. The attic (kids room) was perfect for the 4 kids. They also loved the movie theatre. Out host was top notch. Extremely helpful and responsive. Truly, this was a 5 star experience!'

'Wonderful place. The location is ideal. Walking distance to both the nice little town of Thomas one way down a river path and water falls the other direction. Easy drive to Blackwater Falls and everything else this hiker's paradise has to offer. Would definitely come back here again. '

'The view is absolutely stunning!! Host was amazing! CLEAN and I actually mean a clean house. You don't find that to often. Appreciate them so much for everything they offer and all the help. '

'The cabin was beautiful. Peaceful and no close neighbors, which is what we were looking for. Access to the lakes made it fun because we brought kayaks and paddle boards. Overall, we had a nice trip. My only complaint was that the Timberline property management sprayed soy oil all over the roads to manage the dust and IT WAS A MESS! We brought two new vehicles on our trip and it caked oil and dirt on them both. Two weeks later, we are still trying to get it off! And our vehicles smell like French...
