'Towels and blankets in the room were very limited. We booked an appointment with the onsite spa which was very delayed and kept us waiting for 45 minutes.'

'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu. On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend. Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'

'We went there since my mum was getting operated and needed a room nearby. My flight got delayed, they were extremely accommodating in checking in my dad, eventhough I was the cardholder. I did call and let them know about my flight delay. The food was great and room spacious. Staff friendly and courteous.'

'To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. Please contact this hotel directly for any booking. Thanks!'

'Modern hotel with lovely rooms and friendly staff. The communal areas and rooms are beautifully modern, with stylish, comfortable decor. 'Alles was perfect kwa service, faciliteiten en eten. Wat ik zelf minder vond is dat ze in het weekend feesten houden in de restaurantjes beneden wat zorgt voor ongelooflijke lawaai tot in de vroege ochtend uren. Ik heb om 2 uur snachts met de receptie gebeld om te vragen wat er aan de hand is en was geïnformeerd dat het snel klaar is en dat het om een feest gaat. En dan duurde nog zeker een uur voordat het voorbij was.'

'Centraal gelegen hotel. Ontbijt voornamelijk georiënteerd op India. Zeer attent personeel. '
