'Good kind staff and clean rooms..'

'To my shock, when I walked into the Hotel, with my Expedia booking, the Hotel staff told me that they do not accept any Online bookings as they had stopped honoring any online bookings about 3 months back. I then had to call Expedia for a full Refund and then take this hotel via in-person booking, Luckily Room was still available and I was able to check-in after about an hour of delay. Please contact this hotel directly for any booking. Thanks!'

'Superb 5 star hotel. Very nice, clean and modern spacious rooms. Restaurant Colony, serves continental dishes as well a local Indian food in buffet or menu. On Sunday's there is special lunch buffet, where locals reserve for to be able to attend. Very friendly and helpfull staff, for me the place to stay when I'm in Chennai!!'

'The stay was really good. Lots of good eateries near by. The receptionist Dhanush was of great help in taking care of my logistics, as I was new to the city. All the cab bookings from the hotel to my destinations were taken care by him, which saved me significant amount of money. If anyone is planning for US VISA related stay, this is the best bet with affordable price, as the drive to the consulate is less than 10 mins. '

'The staff were very friendly and nice! The rooms are clean. The road the hotel located in is small so big vehicles cannot go in easily. It’s a busy road with locals. There are some restaurants available close by. There are no parking with the hotel Overall I would give it 7/10 just because of the location. '

'Very friendly staff, the receptionist Richa was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout and front desk was very responsible and prompt when I had questions regarding the area. They also provide laundry and ironing service and i was able to get them done same day. Sayan who brought food up to my room when i requested food service was very personable and quicky with service.'

'2 night stop before flying from the airport. A nice hotel, friendly service and complementary breakfast, which is delivered to your room and resembles an airline type meal. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Good Wifi and AC. Very close to the metro (8 minute walk) and then 5 stops (15 minutes) to the airport, which is the reason I chose this hotel. If you turn right out of the hotel, that road literally has many dinning local options and snack shops, couldn't have asked for...
