'Traveled from out of state, notified property I was going to be arriving late, they confirmed my code and giving me instructions. Got to the property at 2 AM unable to get to in my room, tried contacting the property but no luck, had to find a hotel for one night. Ps I WAS CHARGED FOR A NIGHT I DIDN'T EVEN STAY FOR! Overall, bad communication and lack of information.'

'10/10 would not recommend. Unless you want roaches for breakfast, lunch, supper, dinner and dessert. Straight up biohazard. Don’t know why this still exists or is even an option to book on this site. The place litteraly falls apart. No exaggeration. Roaches. Leak under the washtub, showerfaucet dripping, ceiling falling apart, walls falling apart, holes in the walls are not even repaired but just covered with clear tape. Roaches. 'You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!'

'The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. '

'The room had a smell in it and I had to keep the door open most of the time I eas there just to breath. After two days there I had to go to a doctor who told me I had come in contact with mold sbd had a respiratory infection because of it. '

'Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!'
