In onze...

'Prima kamer voor doorreis. Netjes, ruim, schoon Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt '

'Great location in the heart of Lafayette. Staff is great and very helpful. We had the empire room and it was a nice spacious and clean room. Same for the bathroom. Lovely light homemade breakfast in the morning. '

'The room were vey spacious and clean, one thing I didn’t like the I inform the customer service representative I would like for my room to clean for the next day. When the housekeep knocked on the door, I asked her will she clean my and sheets on one the bed and her response, was would you like to put the sheets on the bed. No, that’s not job and we returned the room was not clean no bed were not made up and the only thing she done put other towels and a small tiny Dove soap on the bath towel....

Ontbijt was ok'

'Super friendly personel at reception and bar/buffet. '

'Prima schone accomodatie op doorreis.Vriendelijke ontvangst'

'De kamer was schoon en netjes en de baliemedewerker was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'The hotel is worn down, extremely dirty rooms (we found pubes on our bathroom wall, mold, months worth of dust, if you want I can show you pictures). The staff, apart from the maintenance guy, we're unfriendly and not willing to help. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they don't provide these. We stayed for four days and we didn't get clean towels nor were the beds made. I did pay for all this. Never again!!! There's more options in the area, choose those!!'

'The property is out dated in the rooms and bathrooms. Me and my cousin was in our room talking and a roach was on the night stand. The bath room door knobe has some thing that scratched her right arm and mine also we calld down to the front desk and reported it. When we checked out the front desk had no idea what we were talking about at least she said. This shows poor communication and lack of empathy towards us as a paying customers I think the website for this property is over rated to gain...

'Under renovation, but ok. Some minor mistakes in cleanliness (bit of attention could do better).'

'This is the second stay in this hotel in a period of 2-3 month were the elevator isn't working.'

'the welcome with the cookie is very much appreciated. nice room with view on the river. Nice pool. Gym well equipped. Breakfast was ok'
