'Okay. So everything was perfect... except that there were serious problems with security. Twice we had people just barge right into our room. On both occasions it was staff and it was clearly some sort of mix-up. But that shouldn't have happened. My wife and I were at various states of undress when this happened and although no one saw us naked, it could have been much worse. We addressed our concerns to the general manager and he did an excellent job of responding. We could not have asked for a...
