'The staff is absolutely amazing! The building and rooms are beautiful. I always enjoy my visits here. This time when I checked in there was a problem with the air in my room. I went to the front desk and the staff immediately took action and not only moved me in to a new room but upgraded my room for free! Great customer service! Highly recommend City Mills, you absolutely will not regret this choice. '

'Hotel staff that we encountered were very friendly. Check in was easy and quick. Room was nice. Only two towels for 3 registered guests in the room initially but we were able to get more at the front desk. We were there for 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night. No real problem there but did have to go back to the front desk and get more wash cloths. Overall a very nice stay!'
