At check out, the Caucasian woman who I believe may have been the manager was VERY rude to a person who was checking out. She threatened to charge for an additional day because he was checking out at 11:05am. When my husband gave her our key card at 11:07am she threw it across the counter in anger and made a unnecessary comment. »
