'Check-in and check out was good. However, on my last day, it seems like housekeeping were in a rush to come clean our room because they came at 11am and knock on our door. So my partner and I felt rush a little bit to pack up and check out when check out is at 12pm.'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. And even though it wasn't much, I appreciated the included minimal breakfast bar. The place is a little shabby and rundown, but it has a full kitchen and everything works and was clean. And I can't complain for the price. I will stay there again when I got back to Sacramento, I assume.'

'Our overall stay was great. We had a problem with the toilet and when we tried to use the phone to call the front desk, the phone wasn't working. After my husband went to the front desk it only took 10 mins and both problems were resolved. The breakfast was very tasty and the coffee was very good. Back to the room, it was very spacious, there was a large island in the kitchen and the living room and bathroom were large size rooms. Once again the stay was great and we'll be back and searching...

'The room I was going to initially be given was in a nonsmoking area and wreaked like smoke the hallways was ridiculously dirty and creepy at that. The pictures are super misleading! They made me think that I’d have a balcony since the room I was booking showed a balcony and it did not. On top of the room itself not looking anything like the pictures.
