« Magnifique suite avec 3 chambres et un canapé lit. Le petit bémol concerne le canapé lit pour la première nuit nous n'avions pas de couette ni de seeviette supplémentaires alors que la reservation a été faite pour7 personnes. Mais sinon l'hotel est tres bien situé pour les visites des Smoky mountains et la suite très confortable. »

« The bedding was clean but the carpeting felt a little damp. This could be because the AC was set to 68° and high when we came in late. There was a glade plug-in to mask any musty smells. The areas where the carpet met the doorframes were coming up. You have to hold the knob down on the toilet for a good 10 seconds or more just to get it to flush completely. We did see a palmetto bug by the toilet but it was dying. This is an older hotel, and I know that the new owners are very slowly doing...

« Wanted to stay further away from pigeon forge as more quiet. Had busy day at Dollywood. Came back to room and moved pillow to get into bed. Was disgusted to find what I thought may have been a bed bug. Managed to put in a cup and receptionist came up to see see it and told me it was a tick !! She said I must have brought it in to the room myself. Absolutely not as it was under the pillow. She offered to change the sheets but I refused and said I wanted to move room. If I could have...

« One of the main reasons for choosing this location was the pool and its late hours, website shows it is open until 11:00 PM and we were put out at 9:00 PM. Contacted Expedia for a partial refund and they claimed to have contacted the property management about it but I have heard and received nothing. Room was good but would have chose a different location had I known the pool hours. Indoor pool was also cold to the point you could barely stand to be in it. Wouldn’t return »

« Television didnt work, they came to fix it, it worked for about 2 monutes and it stopped. There was a lady that just waltzed into our room at 7am and said that she thought we were gone because we left our keys in the room, we had 2 adjoining rooms with our kids, i was a little more than livid since my stay was made uncofortable for me and my family. I will give no recomendation for this property. Walking room to room looking inside the windows to see if guests are still there. There is a reason...

« The area was in the middle off all the areas we plan to visit. Upon arriving I had to wait 30mins after 3pm to check in, once inside our room the room was full of crumbs left on the counter tops and lots of greasy finger and Hand marks every where, had a sweaty smell.
