'Fantastic staff (housekeeping, front desk, and conference/banquet workers). Exceptionally kind and helpful in every way. 'The property itself is stunning. There is a huge lake outside of the hotel that in normal circumstances would give you an amazing view. However, in my case, I booked and paid for an upgraded room with a FULL lake view. Unfortunately, when I went to check-in, I was told that there was a concert in town and the hotel was overbooked. 'The rooms were clean . With our own coffee station. Mini fridge and microwave come in handy.We stay 4 nights. You have maid servive ever other day. Breakfast was fully stocked. Had coffee , tea and juice . Now the front desk we had to wait some on staff. Of course around check in time 3, We arrived around 5, they were there. But the people were friendly and respectful. '

'The staff is always wonderful, the rooms are always clean. The ONLY issue I had was with other guests that were so inconsiderate of others!! Running up and down the hallways, being loud. Other than that, The hotel is always one of my favorites '

'Upon arrival toilet was clogged I reported to front desk on first day nothing happened I returned the next day and they handed me a plunger to fix the clog. Normally a maintenance worker would preform the task.'

'Our stay was great. The hotel is under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. The room was clean and quiet. The only issue was Saturday night when we returned there was nowhere to park due to spots being blocked off. Over all it was a great stay though and we will be back again.'
