'The hotel was probably once an adorable boutique hotel. Now it is run down with weeds in the outdoor planters and televisions that do not work. We had to ask for towels. It is a pet friendly hotel which is not my "cup of tea" and there were lots of pets! There were two different desk clerks. One was completely clueless/unhelpful. 'Unfortunately, we had the smallest room with the smallest bathroom (Margaret Room). Normally we don't complain but the experience did not start out well. The toilet seat was loose and it just got worse in the evening. We should have let management know right away but we didn't expect it to fall off. The bathroom sink is narrow and "sideways".
