'Heerlijk oord, goede prijs kwaliteit, strand op loopafstand vriendlijke mensen, geen europese snelheid maar wel behulpzaam, complex is wat ouder maar is daarom ook betaalbaarder dan grotere nieuwere complexen, wel wat luidruchtige borrel/personeel in de avond maar goed je bent op de bahama's'

'Staff which tried to be funny, but who made us feel really uncomfortable. The property is built up a hill which makes it inconvenient to walk anywhere. They have their own taxi, but are not able to plan. We changed our schedule for the taxi in line with their availability. They announced different prices for the ride twice and finally reserved a taxi which was more than 2 times more expensive than announced. Don’t expect anything complementary, even for the small bottles of water in the room...

'Was pleasantly surprised how nice the place was. We were kind of skeptical based on some of the reviews but self check in was easy as we did arrive late and the room was nice and clean beds were very comfortable. The wifi was a bit iffy but everything was in good condition would definitely stay again'

Towne HotelCentrum van Nassau, op 3,4 km van The Grove
7.4 van 10, Goed, (808 beoordelingen)
'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'First of all, please please read the fine print because the check in staff started with additional charges from the time we checked in. They advertise as all inclusive but truly ita not, everything has an additional cost when u arrive. They advertise slides and other attraction at the beach and pool side but fail to mention it was currently under renovations. Ofcourse counter staff played the blame game and shift it all on Expedia but i always book via Expedia and this is the first time i have...
