'There is no complimentary driver from the airport. We found out we have to pay him during our ride. It used to be complimentary a couple years ago, but isn't anymore, he said. Also there is no phone. There used to be one a couple years ago, but it was removed. The place was fairly clean, but was not maintained as well as in the pictures. The pictures are clearly from years ago. The listing needs to be updated. We were disappointed as it didn't quite meet the expectations it set up. However...

'Angela was a great host! Just a quick phone call away for whatever we needed during our stay. The house is great, 3 good size bedrooms. We were 6, 2 young daughters (4and 6) me and my wife, and grandparents. It had plenty of space for all of us. The pool is great for kids and adults as well haha. Location is good, just a 4 minute drive to Goodman's Bay beach, and 10 minutes to downtown Nassau. Highly recommend for a family, and Angela is a great host!'

'We enjoyed our time during our spring break from school. Property worked perfect for our family of 3. Enjoyed the pools and easy beach access. We made breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and there were multiple places within walking distance for eating dinners out. For airport pickup and transportation to the condo, we used the recommended driver Monique who was phenomenal. Very friendly and accommodating. She took us to grocery and liquor stores on the way to the condo and we arranged a ride...

'It was a wonderful choice to rent that property. We are group of four travelled to the Bahamas first time. We rented the car and that condo on Yorkshire street. The location is great. Few beaches are nearby, 5-15 min drive. It is near downtown but not so noisy and crowded. The condo is clean, has everything we needed. The owner gave helpful instructions before we arrived. '

'Loved our stay! Can’t go wrong staying this close to the beach. Great pools. Well supplied kitchen; be sure to hit the grocery store before you head over if you want to dine in a few times. The food at Viola’s was really good - the service was a little inconsistent/slow at times. Look forward to coming back soon!'

'Everything about this stay was absolutely amazing!! There were 9 of us and I'm not sure we have anything to actually complain about! The house was exactly as described, the primary bedroom (on second floor) was great with the most amazing views, nice ensuite and lots of space. 2nd bedroom on that floor was large as well, big bed, lots of storage,. Bathroom was just outside the bedroom door and a good size bathroom with tub/shower. 3rd floor is a large open room w/4 king size beds, perfect for...

'This property was awesome! Having the beach just steps away from our back door was perfect. The pool was just a few doors down. Kitchen was well equipped. We were just not able to use the grill, seemed like only one side was working or something but we did fine without it. Vanessa was quick to respond when I told her about the propane tank being empty and quickly suggested taxi information. I would highly recommend this rental and will definitely come back with our family.'

'This community is great for families! The townhome was updated, clean and spacious. It’s a little of a walk to the beach club so I would recommend renting a car or golf cart to have for that and travel to the grocery. The ocean views and beach club area are amazing!'
