'The team were really friendly and accommodating. They let me check in early after a phone call, offered good recommendations for around the area, and were good chat at breakfast. Had all the amenities I needed in the room including hairdryer and drink glasses. Breakfast was simple but lovely. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable, I felt very at home. 'This is the second time we've stayed at the Mason Freehouse, it was lovely the first time we stayed, which made us keen to return. Although it is now under new management, it's clear that the lovely, friendly, warm welcoming atmosphere is something the staff are keen to retain. 'Had a lovely stay, self check in was simple - detailed instructions were sent the day before. The apartment was immaculate. Furnished nicely with a well equipped kitchen. Fabulous location right in the centre yet out of the way enough to not be loud. Would recommend. '

'I wasn’t happy it’s not a real hotel but that was forgotten as soon as I walked in. Beautiful room with an amazing hot tub and fireplace. I could have spent the whole vaca here. I relaxed and slept well. Highly highly recommend and will stay here again for sure!'
