« The hotel is awesome but the staff really make the experience pleasant. We felt at home from the minute we walked through the front door. There is plenty of free parking and the area is close to a beautiful park. The breakfast is open to 10:00 AM which means I don’t have to set an alarm to get up and have some food. Rinn checked us in and kept a close watch to make sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Andrea took over and was also super helpful and always with a big smile!...

« People milling around the parking lot. Weed smell. Trashy outside. Inside is not clean and in poor condition. People just hanging out everywhere. Room was dirty, smelled like cigarrette smoke, very warm. Air conditioner did not work. »

« The staff is GREAT. The breakfast was very good. The room was clean. The window had a crack from top to bottom, not dangerous but not good, either. The $3 parking fee seems petty and annoying. Oh, did I mention the terrific staff! »

« This is the 3rd time we have used this hotel only due to its closeness to our location and price. They require a $100 deposit they dont tell you about until you check in. The first time our room was dirty, floors, sink and tub. 2nd time we had rather large roaches in the room. We were assured the previous issues had been rectified so gave them another chance. « Pros: Nice large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast, friendly and efficient staff. Cons: The water in the shower never gets truly hot and it takes at least 5 minutes for it to even be warm. The accessible room we booked was only truly accessible once you were inside, there were two heavy swinging doors that you must go through to get the room. »
