« Ok, but not up to HIE standards. Just a bit run down. Breakfast staff was also really rude to some of the guests. »

« The breakfast was a joke. 1 waffle maker, 1 toaster, cereal, muffins, yogurt and juice. Thats about it. No real actual food. No protein. No elevator. Got lock out after a certain time. Had to be buzzed in. »

« I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

« Booked this room online, couldn't even stay in the room. Went to a different hotel. When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later. Went and found another place to stay, when I came back to return keys and cancel my stay, they still hadn't cleaned the room and the air...

« Everything is old and lousy. Lamp without bulbs, ventilator in the bathroom so loud that you can't hear the TV. And the place in front of the room so dirty with a lot of rubbish flying around. DO not book that hotel, there are others that can't be worse. »

« Eric the manager was awesome. Personally made sure room was ready and clean. Helped me with a mistake I made in booking, which made it a non event. Will stay again. »

« DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Got there and brought all of our bags in and as I’m bringing last bag my Fiance tells me we can’t stay here. When I asked why she said they just had a roach crawling on our baby (6months). We left immediately (no one was at counter to even checkout). We ended up staying at the Hampton inn in Xenia! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! »

« TruReview- 2d and last year I will stay at this location hotel. Doors dont work and dont get fixed. Items in rooms constantly broken. I choose this brand across the country and of the dozen or more Ive stayed in, this is the worst for maintenance and broken ammenities. »

« We have traveled a lot in this property in Dayton leaves a lot to be desired. The floor had paint drops on it. The door to the bathroom would not close without slamming it. The toilet paper dispenser was on the floor in the back of the toilet area. There was no Kleenex in the Kleenex box besides one piece. Also, whoever cleaned the room did a very poor job because we found next to the bed a THC vape on the floor. It’s a good thing children were not put in this room.The breakfast tasted awful and...
