The accommodations were perfect for a girl's getaway. And the Hesta rooftop bar and lounge offered the perfect ambiance for drinks while winding down with other guests. '

'The first room wasn’t clean. There were bodily fluids in the bathroom, and on the wall. We were relocated to another room. After using the onsite laundry facility the washer wasn’t working correctly and soaked our clothing. All I could do was hang dry them. The manager offered a dry cleaning service on the house. 'Exceeded expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with the plenty of options. I was limited on time and Divya insisted on preparing waffles for me and wrapping the plates in foil for me to carry to my room. She went above and beyond and I’m still so impressed with her kindness and the way she interacted with other guests getting breakfast. She’s a gem. 'Rooms tight. Very little room between desk/wall and extremely tight between bed and dresser. Also - gym has three treadmills, all out of order! All were out on previous stay three months ago. Ice machine on 2nd floor produced no ice. Management has to do better. Breakfast below average per usual. Staff good. '

'The lobby is beautiful. The front desk staff was wonderful, helpful and nice. Easy location around alot of shopping and restaurants. The issues I had was the bed. I do believe are old.
