'Very bad accommodation.'

'My only complaint was that the restaurant was very average. Otherwise I was happy with our stay.'

'The hotel was right at market and right beside the botanical garden. Absolutely loved the stay!'

'Nice location and nice view and staff. But there is no proper road to the property. The existing path is broken and not concrete. During heavy rain uphill can be problematic, especially when dark.'

'Excellent service and very peaceful location, even though slightly steep last few 100 yards for the car. Nice view from the room and property in general. Staff and cook are very very polite. Rooms were clean and organized. Bathrooms were also clean, although slightly wet after they clean (hosts can perhaps look into this and ensure bathrooms are wiped after cleaning). This was only reason for for a 4-star rating on “rooms” (instead of 5-star rating).'

'Perfect place to get away. First time that we went to the Nilgiris and didn’t feel like going out. Rooms are very nice. Great view from the balcony. Hosts are very friendly and helpful. Good food too.'
