We huren deze villa reeds vele jaren en zijn steeds zeer tevreden en onder de indruk van het panorama. Enig minpuntje : te weinig glazen en borden voor 8 personen. mvg W.

A fantastic villa!

Wow, what a fantastic villa this is - I genuinely can't recommend it highly enough. A first-rate view, located on a quiet street and walking distance to a beautiful (although crowded) beach. This is truly a fantastic property and I thoroughly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Das Haus und die Umgebung waren wunderschön, gut ausgestattet und vor allem sauber! Man muss nur bedenken, dass das Haus an einem Berg steht und die Straßen dementsprechend steil sind, falls man nicht gut zu Fuß unterwegs ist sollte man sich ein Auto oder ähnliches mieten.

Beautiful view’s

The views of el portet are fabulous, the villa is a great space however some areas felt tired and needed some attention. Also the cleanliness of the villa was poor and had to report this. The drive for this villa is also problematic and extremely difficult to park with the manual operated gates, the drive can fit maximum 1 car.

Schönen Haus an sehr schöne Lage

Das Haus war sehr schön, sauber und hatte vieles zu entdecken. Es hätte mehr Teller und Pfannen haben können falls man doch öfters zuhause isst. Die Türen kann man fast nicht leise öffnen aber sonst war das Haus top! Wie halt so oft sind Better nicht die bequemsten was eigentlich schade ist.

Great house. Superb location. Needs air conditioni

We loved el portet. And moraira. And the house. The views are spectacular. Its very quiet. No nightlife which suited us. Its a 300m walk to the beach. It's up a hill and there are lots of steps up and down. Only 1 bedroom has air con bit needs dark light resistant curtains....the other bedrooms really need air con.

El Portet

Fantastic location, been to the area many times, first time in this Villa. It has stunning views of Moraira Harbour, the Bernia mountain range and out to Efach and Calpe. It doesn’t come much better than this ! Only problems are : the Villa interior and furnishings are a little tired now, needs a bit of tlc . Lots of steps without railings on all of them , so if you have young children or you are infirm be careful. The agent Interhome does a good job of looking after the property. Glorious !

Overpriced

Absolutely amazing view of the whole bay, Moraira & El Portet. The setting & location is fantastic easy reach to all facilities. The downside is that the property needs updating; parasols were all broken & didn't fit the bases; the air con in the living room leaked had to use pan to catch it; window blind cords broken in the sunroom, no air con in the bedrooms only in the main bedroom & no fans could be provided; window seals detached no handles from out balcony side. Overpriced. Sorry.

Wonderful views but lacks air conditioning

There is no doubt the villa has a spectacular setting and view overlooking the bay and beach of El Portet. The villa has several drawbacks but the view would outweigh these - apart from the peak of summer where it’s so hot in the house that it’s unbearable. The driveway is v steep and difficult to use. The pool has no shallow end and v little shade around the pool. TV has German and Spanish channels only. Worst of all there is no a/c in the bedrooms other than the master bedroom.

Nur die Aussicht

Die Aussicht ist der Hammer. Wunderschön. Doch das Haus ?! Ziemlich alt, Geschirr dreckig Matrazen sind durch. Das Hauptschlafzimmer konnten wir nicht benutzen. In diesem Zimmer ist eine kleine Kammer an dessen Tür das Schloss kaputt war. Im Raum befanden sich uralte Sachen die moderig stanken. Also in eine Nebenzimmer zum schlafen, was ohne Klima war. Wahnsinnig heiß, unerträglich. Schattenplätze gibt es gar nicht. 2 Schirme für 8 Liegen !!! Service vor Ort nett und freudlich. Nee danke

Holiday

House and pool spotless, view amazing. Unprotected stairs to pool not good at all, I only went there a few times. We reported a broken parasol, one of two, first day, not fixed. Door-tray in fridge badly cracked, we didn't use it. There was supposed to be a freezer according to the website, we only found a chest freezer, unplugged, but lid didn't close properly and there was no key. Very disappointed inlace of spare toilet rolls, no kitchen roll, rust in dishwasher, no spare towels or linen

Sommerferien

Die Lage ist hervorragend, wunderbarer Blick aufs Meer. Sehr grosses Haus mit ausreichend Liegestühlen. Negativpunkte: Wenig Schattenspender, eher alte Infrastruktur. Wir mussten teils Möbel reparieren die kaputt gingen, die Sauberkeit beim Einzug liess zu Wünschen übrig. Die Kleiderschränke innen waren sehr staubig und das Geschirr nicht sauber abgewaschen. Nach einer Putzrunde unsererseits war es uns dann aber sehr wohl, wir kommen unter Verbesserung der oben genannten Punkte gerne wieder.

Underbart hus

Ett underbart boende och en makalös utsikt över hav och land. Vi stortrivdes allihopa, både med boendet, den härliga poolen och omgivningarna. De enda nackdelarna var glassplitter på altanen, en alltför liten varmvattenberedare och en trasig diskmaskin, det sistnämnda tog tre dagar att åtgärda. Byt ut den föråldrade diskmaskinen och sätt in en större beredare så blir det högsta betyg.

Sobre todo bien

La proxima vez prefiero alquilar una casa en un plano. Pero la casa estaba bien, quizas demasiado grande para nosotros, pero no puedo quejar.
