Located in the highly coveted Wind River townhome complex, this unit offers 2,500 square feet of tastefully decorated living space across three levels. This property reflects the lively character of its owners, featuring various items that are sure to start a conversation. The personally curated art that has been thoughtfully placed throughout this home places the final touches on the property. As guests enter this multilevel townhome, the entry level of the property contains 2 bedrooms, each with two twin beds and a private bath. The second bedroom has an oversized Whirlpool spa in the en suite bath. Each set of twin beds can be converted to a king bed for an additional fee of $45. There is an Xbox for guests to use during their stay. There is also a convenient laundry area and expanded mudroom with hooks and cubbies located in the entry hall for all your outdoor gear.
As guests transition to the mid-level of this property, they are greeted by expansive Teton Valley views through the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. There is an exterior deck, with a BBQ and outdoor dining furniture for guests to relax after a long day's hike or ski. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything a guest will need to whip up a gourmet meal. With lots of cabinet space, there is plenty of room to unload groceries or food from one of the local farmer's markets that happen every week during the summer in downtown Jackson Hole. The dining table seats 10 comfortably, providing the perfect location to rewind and reflect on all of the day's amazing adventures. The TV in the living room has a ROKU operating system.
The third level of this property boasts the final two bedrooms and baths, both with king beds, flat screen TVs, and en suite baths.
Parking: 1 vehicle is permitted for this unit. Please plan accordingly. In the Teton Village public parking lots at the base, there is no additional parking available except for daytime use only and fees may apply. In winter, 4 WD vehicles are recommended.

Please note-- Firewood is no longer provided for the Wind River units. RMR will supply two compressed Fire Logs for your arrival. Additional firewood bundles are available for purchase by contacting Rendezvous Mountain Rentals.
Guests staying here will enjoy complimentary use (seasonal) of the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club with its outdoor pool and hot tubs located just a short walk from their accommodations. In winter, guests are within convenient walking distance to the Moose Creek access lift or have use of the complimentary skier shuttle to the base of Teton Village. The shuttle runs 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. so it's perfect for accessing the base of Teton Village where you can enjoy family activities or fine dining and après skiing. Guests can ski home via the Way Home Ski trail to the base of the Moose Creek lift at the end of the day or they can ski down to the base of Teton Village and take the shuttle back to the condo.

Guests staying in Teton Village will enjoy access to world class skiing during the winter and are perfectly positioned for an exciting, fun-filled, activity packed vacation in the summer. A variety of restaurants with delicious menus will satiate your well-earned hunger after a day spent outdoors in the fresh mountain air. Minutes away lies the Moose Wilson entrance to Grand Teton National Park. This route often rewards with sightings of bears with cubs, moose, elk, deer, foxes, beavers, osprey, red-tailed hawks, and more.
In summer, you're within walking distance to a wide variety of activities in Teton Village. Your family and friends will keep busy in the Grand Adventure Park learning the ropes course, bouncing around on the bungee trampoline, and taking a shot at the climbing wall. You can also enjoy hiking the on-site trails spilling over with beautiful wildflowers, testing your mountain biking skills on lift accessed trails of all ability levels, taking a guided tour of the Via Ferrata climbing routes, and trying out the disc golf. Riding “Big Red” - the Tram - to the top of Rendezvous Mountain for 360-degree views of the Tetons and the splendor of the valley spread out below you is a must. Pop into Corbet's Cabin at the top of the tram for their famous homemade waffles.
For a change of pace, take a short 15 minute scenic drive past open ranchland with grazing cows and horses into the historic town of Jackson. Snap some photos beneath the famous elk antler arches on the Town Square, stroll along the old-time wooden boardwalks surrounding the Square, and stop into one of the many art galleries featuring Western art and sculptures from world renowned local artists. Explore the shops filled with unique handicrafts, clothing and gifts, many of them made by wonderfully talented local artisans. Take home a treasured reminder of your vacation from one of the fine jewelry shops featuring Teton inspired jewelry, embedded with diamonds, gemstones and even elk ivory.
Pets are not permitted in any of the Rendezvous Mountain Rentals properties during short-term rental stays. Service dogs are permitted with notification and completion of proper paperwork prior to making the reservation. Wyoming does not recognize Emotional Support Animals as service animals, property owners are not required to accept ESA documentation. Guests traveling with ESA or Service animals are directed to call the RMR office to inquire about options.
