'Alles was perfect!'

'I always stay here when in town. The staff are lovely. The hotel is cozy. And the breakfast is the best you will find!'

'The hotel is a bit ways from the city of Florence, 20+ miles but close to the highway. Relatives to the hotel prices in Florence this was much less expensive since we had a rental car. Very clean place, nice size rooms and pretty good choices for breakfast included. The staff was very cordial and helpful and they do speak English good enough to convey the message. '

Esperienza Fantastica '

'We loved staying here. Barbara was kind, accommodating and made us feel really welcome. She was super with our little daughter. This place has also a hidden gem of a waterfall at a walking distance from the property. Loro Ciuffenna and its surroundings (including Arezzo) is a wilder and beautiful part of Tuscany who I would recommend visiting to anyone. *****'

'What an amazing stay we had at Verreno. We had a great suite with a beautiful view! The staff deserves all credits. Breakfast is fantastic!! Superb! As well as diner at the restaurant. Thank you staff for everything!!'

'The staff was friendly and everything was clean, but the accommodation didn’t feel fresh to me. The interior looked dated and at times a bit kitschy. Our bathroom had no ventilation, and the sealant showed black stains, which gave an unhygienic impression. The use of fabric furniture and carpets made the place feel less fresh and luxurious. The welcome was underwhelming: you have to carry your luggage up a steep gravel path yourself, with no assistance from staff, which didn’t feel very...

'The outside of the villa is really beautiful with outstanding views. Swimming pool need some attention and was not that clean. Service could be better for a 4 star hotel as well. Dinner was good. The hotel has a lot of potential due the villa itself and the location but really needs an upgrade to stay on a 4 star level. '

'No complains at all. Wonderful staff!'

Wij gaan zeker...

'Very nice relaxing place with beautiful view on Siena and Tuscan landscapes. Restaurant of the hotel was really good, food and prices. There are 2 pools, one dedicated to kids so adults can relax at the other pool. The bar was very nice too with a friendly bartender who introduced us to the typical cantucci cookies from Siena.'

'The staff were excellent throughout — very friendly, attentive and always happy to help. Our room was lovely, comfortable and beautifully presented. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.'
