• Bedroom 1: A queen-sized bed, ideal for a peaceful night’s sleep.
• The master suite includes a king-sized bed, TV, and an adjoining full bath with a shower/tub combo.
• A second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo is located down the hall.
• Washer and dryer for your convenience.

• Two twin beds and one queen-sized bed provide plenty of sleeping options.

📌 Important Info Before You Book
❗ Age Requirement: Minimum age of 23 to book. A valid driver’s license is required at check-in. Guests who do not meet this requirement will be evicted without refund.
🚭 No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the premises. A $500 penalty will be applied if evidence of smoking is found inside the home.
🐾 Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. A small dog bed, food, and water bowls are provided for your furry friends. Please be sure to clean up after your pets, including outdoors.
🧴 What’s Provided? Linens, towels, dishes, and a starter basket (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, and sponge) are included. Guests will need to bring their own toiletries, trash bags, and additional supplies.
