'Great resort! We loved having the extra space while we were in town!'

'It was a fantastic value. 2 bedrooms, you could sleep. Six people in there, living room fully stocked and equipped. Kitchen with a hot tub right outside your door and a pool. The unit had a dishwasher and a washer in dryer. The only slightly negative comments the furniture was dated. And the TVS were not coming in that great. Other than that, we thought it was an excellent stay. And will definitely doit again.'

'It was a beautiful property and very well maintained We didn’t like the check in process at all, we were pressured to come to a meeting about the property. The man was too pushy. After driving 7 hours we just wanted to check in to our room.We will never go back to Wyndham.'

'Horrible business management. I booked a 2 night stay at Wyndham Great smokies lodge to celebrate our son’s 3rd birthday. He was so excited to stay here and use the water park. We booked well in advance and paid in advance. We drove several hours to get to this hotel. While we were in route and less than an hour from the hotel to check in, Wyndham calls and states they have overbooked the hotel and cancelling my reservation. They offered to put my in a different hotel which is obviously less...

'We were in a newly renovated suite which was very clean. The bed was comfortable, plenty of pillows. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for what we needed. We were on 3rd floor and there are no elevators so that was a little tough. Also, TV channels had a lot static but we weren’t in room very much so not a dealbreaker for us. We did not use amenities due to time constraints so we are unable to comment on those. Overall, a great stay and will likely book again. '
