This stay was really great! We had a last minute opportunity to get away and picked this home due to the activities for our 3 year old and the safety and freedom of our two small dogs. The house was clean, very well stocked with everything you might need and a great location between Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo. My most favorite things:1. The creek along the back has an astounding frog chorus that starts at dusk and runs all night. It's truly magical and worth having the window cracked so you can hear it well all night.2. This feels like a house you can live in, so we didn't have to worry so much about the child or dogs about breaking things. With basic house manners in place, this place was stress free.3. Everything was clean and comfortable, especially the beds.4. There's a nice little walking trail immediately across the creek that's perfect for dog walking. You can also walk to Templeton and have breakfast at the Kitchenette - highly recommend. A few notes:1. The creek was a part of the reason we booked this property, but it's not really a play in kind of creek and it's locked from the house side. That wasn't mentioned until after booking. Not a big deal. 2. The backyard was safe and perfect for what we needed. However, with two well behaved small dogs a Beagle and a Rat Terrier the flood fencing wasn't quite a small enough guage for them. They definitely could fit through, and tried, so we had to really watch them. We'll be back for sure, worth it!
