'Had an amazing stay at Jewel Howard Carter Hotel. We had incredible service the entire time we were there - the staff were amazing and accomodating and had amazing recommendations the entire time. Laundry service was available and great price. Swimming pool was beautifully kept, they even had an organic farm with bananas, mangos and herbs. It’s in a quieter area of Luxor, so if you’re wanting to explore East Bank (the busier side of the city) be prepared for slightly higher taxi fares back...

'We had a wonderful stay at the Al Baeirat Hotel! It's situated in a peaceful area on the west bank of the Nile, where we able to take the hotel's boat right across the river to downtown. Our main man at the hotel, Saad, was able to help us organize all of our guides and drivers while in Luxor, which made all the difference. The entire staff were both helpful and attentive. We would love to stay here again next time we visit!'

'Mr. Ali and Abdullah, as well as the complete hotel staff takes care of us on all aspects. They are super friendly, that make you feel like they are your family. 'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. Amazing, if ever coming back, I am coming back here.'

'De mensen zijn heel vriendelijk maar het hotel is luidruchtig. Om het licht uit te doen tijdens de nacht moesten we de electriciteit afzetten zodat de AC ook niet werkte. We zijn van hotel veranderd na een nacht.'

'The hotel is still under construction. But the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I was surprised at how fast the Wi-Fi was. Breakfast is delivered to your room. And what made me happiest was that there was cold beer in the refrigerator, available at Egyptian prices.'
