'Fantastic stay at the Djorff Palace. The setting is magical located on the quite and beautiful West Bank, the Palace allows a peaceful stay along the Nile’s shores. 'Had an amazing stay at Jewel Howard Carter Hotel. We had incredible service the entire time we were there - the staff were amazing and accomodating and had amazing recommendations the entire time. Laundry service was available and great price. Swimming pool was beautifully kept, they even had an organic farm with bananas, mangos and herbs. It’s in a quieter area of Luxor, so if you’re wanting to explore East Bank (the busier side of the city) be prepared for slightly higher taxi fares back...

'It was great to stay in Steinberger. The care for details was huge and the care for the family was great. Mohamed at the entrance was very kind and the kids felt as if they came home, the rest of the trip they kept talking about this hotel. They helped with arranging drivers and tours where asked. 'It is located at the edge of the Valley of the Kings. There is an unobstructed and wonderful view of the mountains. The entry area is spacious and decorated nicely. The rooms have high ceilings and are equiped with fans or A/C units and have good bath and kitchen areas. The residential area is teaming with the life of Luxor and you are enveloped by the sounds for the call to prayer throughout the day and evening. Being there is an enriching experience. '

'Although the internet service of this hotel is REALLY bad, the rest of it is plainly gorgeous. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff is corteous, helpful, friendly, and efficient.
